Plant Head Qualifications Minimum 10 Years of work experience Experience in setting up manufacturing plant Proven managerial experience In depth knowledge of metals and production processes involved. Ability to modify / develop products as per customer needs and products standards. Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory Computer literacy Ability to create a team with accountability and to lead by example Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills Responsibilities Capable of setting-up Plant, Operations and systems Having Sound Process knowledge and Experience of Press, Machining and Plating Industry (Processes) Should have capability of building team and training team to align with goals and targets As a plant head the individual would be responsible for below functions in plant Production & Production Planning Inventory Planning Quality Management and Control Safety Should have a minimum of 15 years? experience in same or parallel industry Should have prior experience of Team Building, Plant (Factory) set-up, creating SOPs. Should be willing to achieve Production Output and Cost Targets. Monitor operations, collect and analyse data and trigger corrective actions
