About Aurora Health Innovations LLP

Aurora Health Innovations LLP is a for profit organization whose mission is to empower patients and their family members through in-hospital based high impact health skills training through Care Companion Program, to improve patient outcomes and save lives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in the ToTs as Lead Trainer.

• Participate in developing training curriculums, writing the manuals, guidebooks and lesson plans.

• Coaching the hospital online and/or in person.

• Conducting online CMEs and L&D activities.

• Conducting quality improvement audits.

• Participate in the design and research exercises.

• Participate in any other activities that job demands

• Problem-solver and leader who is enthusiastic about our approach and wants to be one of the lead trainers.

• You embody the characteristics that we hope to pass on to the hospital staff.

• Auditor of the program – dropping into the CCP sessions as and when required to ensure a high standard of quality.

• Independent and yet a team player.

Expectations | Need to Have:

• BSc/MSc Nursing, MBBS, BAMS.

• PG in medical or allied medical fields.

• Minimum of 1 year of training experience.

• Fluency (reading/writing/speaking) in English, Hindi and the local language is a must.

• Computer knowledge- MS office, internet, google drive is a must.

Expectations | Nice to Have:

• A training enthusiast, interested in the public health space.

• Experience in training the medical staff is preferred.

• Willing to travel to the hospitals and communities as and when required.

• Working with any reputed public health organization, national or international, is a desired requirement.
