Hello, We are looking to add Logistics coordinator to our growing team in Mohali, Punjab.

This position requires a self-motivated individual that is able to manage and work as a team player, with the ability to perform multiple tasking and to coordinate with multiple players and resources. Must be a problem solver. Must have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and perform basic math calculations. Must be someone who pays attention to detail and stays very organized.

We need someone who already has some experience in Trucking as a Dispatcher for long and Local (dry-van /reefer) work.

We are looking for a reliable logistics coordinator to be responsible for the overall activities.The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Qualification and Skill set:

Should have good oral and written communication skills.

Basic Computer knowledge for emails, excel spreadsheets and transportation management system.

Prompt and disciplined.
Willing to work in USA Blended process and US timings(Calling+ Emails)
Should be fluent in English (US accent)
Minimum 1-2 year work experience in an International logistic process.
Candidate should have good negotiation skills.
Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
Ability to handle a tough situation with the customer.
Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
Maintains composure and patience with customers.
Correctly follow and implement different quality standards/definition documents.

Responsibilities and Duties

Booking loads as per truck requirement.

Making initial calls to survey freight market trend.

Preparing Invoice and submission of paperwork with brokers and accounting team.

Tracking shipments / Handling customers inquires.
Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.

Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries.

Ensure Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations. .

Maintain a respectful attitude when dealing with drivers, co-workers, potential customers, to help foster existing relationships and build new ones.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹40,000.00 /month
