MAINTENANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES EXPERIENCED
Maintenance of Over Head Crane with capacity of 35 MT. and 30 MT.With drive yaskawa G7 and F7 and 20 MT contactor logic
Maintenance of 4HI SKIN PASS MILL + TENSION LEVLLER LINE combo line with, RS Logix 5000, PLC control logix 5561 and Drive Bulletin 1395 DC Drive and Impact 1336 AC Drive (ALLEN BRADLEY).
Maintenance of Bell Annealing Furnace & N2+H2Gas Plant with, Simatic Manager, PLC S7 300 and Drive Micromaster 430 (SIEMANS).
Maintenance of COLD ROLLED SLITTER LINE with Simatic manager, PLC S7 300, and Ac.Drive (SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES CUVC).
Maintenance of ECL and CTL Line with, Control Builder, PLC ACS800M and Drive ACS800 (ABB), PLC AC 800PEC.
Maintenance of UPS(40 KVA), Seam Welder , APFC (400 KVAR )
Maintenance of Strip Centre Guide System ( EMG and CABINET SYSTEMS)
