Salary As per Industry Norms Job Specification: Should be MBA with HR or Relevant Should have 3-5 years of relative experience Should have good understanding of Compliances Administration experience is an advantage Should have sound knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint Should have good communication skills Female candidate is preferred Job Description: • Developing, Revising and Implementing a companys HR Policies and compensation program • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including finding needs, creating, writing job description specifications and placing job ads • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling • Conducting annual salary surveys by Performance Appraisal system • Developing, analyzing, and updating the companys salary budget • Developing, analyzing updating and conducting orientation and training programs. • Performing benefits administration • Overseeing exit interviews • Maintaining department records and reports • Participating in administrative staff meetings • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures • Maintains historical human resource records and Company records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Check reimbursement forms thoroughly. • Keeping tracks of work done and payment records including salary, reimbursement, and other payments related to office administration
