Designation: Unit Manager Industry: FMCG Employment Type: Permanent/Fulltime Education: MBA Experience : 3 to 5 years in FMCG Location: Indore Responsibilities - • Ability to sales planning and forecast sales for the unit and deliver with accuracy. Achieving target driven by deadline. • Set coverage targets for each sales territory based on opportunities and guidelines . Appointment of stockists and ensure coverage and manpower deployment as per work plan objective . Open the new distribution channels. • Execute promotion plan at retail to create sales driven demand. • Achieve segment wise outlet target as per work plan guidelines through the sales team. • Develop sales processed for each element of sales related activity, fix and assign role of each team member, test the initiative and fix measures of performance before implementing any initiatives. • Lead the sales team driven by actions. Build attitude of trust, confidence, and respect. • Develop and deploy resources to achieve best out of every team member. • Establish firm command over the team by exercising the power of knowledge, behavioural attributes and motivation. • Hold the team to a higher level of accountability and consistently measured against their quota and work plan. Establish the culture of leadership in every aspect of sales process. • Coaches and builds a team, so that it is more effective at achieving the OGSM. Provide functional training to upgrade knowledge and systematic and uniform working to sales people. • Devise from strategy a robust sales plan to defeat the competition. Plotting the best course of action to maximize revenue. Using the most cost-effective sales model. Develop plan to execute Strategies. Ability to motivate and inspire people to engage with work plan and manage delivery of the OGSM. • Knowledge of word and excel sheet. Full use of software in Data collection, analyse of data, and make a sound plan based on available opportunities that deliver superior sales results.
