Full Job Description

We are looking for full time CNC operator for the location of Indore for a Packaging Company for Industrial goods. This position will report to Production Manager. The candidate should perform his duties under minimal supervision, sets up and operates CNC (computer numerical controlled) machinery to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Major Duties Include:

· To understand the basics of machine operating and tool/jig/setting

· To understand details of Product and parts supply to the customer

· Changing the setting on different machines as per material changed

· To get hand on experience and expertise on all the machines

· To Prepare Daily production plan as per priority given by Superior (Machine, material,

Method)

· Completing production plan as per schedule and prior to dispatch

· Taking the necessary help of designer in making samples

· Ensuring that the samples should be made according to the dimension given by

the designer

· Updating the details of the finished good and semi finished good.

· Maintain the housekeeping near machine and all around

· Work on various machine as and when required

· Follow the reporting system discipline, compliance, Internal System

· Generate Production report, efficiency, Man hours

· Generate Quality report RM defect, In-process defect and Pre Dispatch Report

· Record quality parameters on time in format given

· Generate Implement and sustain various Process Improvement, Quality

Improvement, Cost reduction ideas.

Education and Other Qualification:

· ITI certificate holders

· Establish good communication among the team

· Candidate should be able to manage worker and improve their skill set

(or Deskill by VSM)
