Daily site safety inspection and making daily safety observation report and submitting to my reporting manager
Ensuring permit to work system and no permit no work.
Checking safety associated with Welding and cutting.
Checking availability of life lines at required place
Conducting different safety training programs.
Checking Electrical safety
Excavation safety
Fire point inspection.
Physical inspection of different lifting tools and tackles before their use
PPEs inspection
Labour camp inspection
Preparing Monthly HSE report.
Preparing MOM of safety committee meeting
