URGENT REQUIRED SALES MANAGER IN REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
Duties & Responsibilities: · Scheduling and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyer till closure.
· Ensuring all the prospects queries about the projects are addressed.
· Moving the prospect to the final stage and closing the sale.
· Maintaining records of daily, weekly and monthly status reports providing timely updates to the Head of Operations.
· Maintaining strong rapport with past and present customers to enhance reference pool.
