As a Renewal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving maintenance revenues for all Support Maintenance contracts within an assigned territory. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for driving renewal business and meet revenue targets within an assigned territory. This will require the ability to: • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets • Engage with Customers to discuss their annual maintenance contract and potential growth to their current PulseSecure Install Base • Engaging in continuous collaboration with Customers/Partners/Distributors in order to assure on-time maintenance renewal rates. • Explain to Customers and channel partners the product and support benefits of continuing their maintenance contract • Manage all renewal opportunities and activity notes in CRM system • Manage the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook Mandatory • French Language skills required • Minimum of 2+ years of Contract Renewal, Sales, Inside Sales and/or Customer Service • Takes initiative; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, using all available resources • A general understanding of Contracts and terms specific to maintenance • Experience in operating in an (external) customer facing environment (telephone/email based) skills • Competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Office • Ability to negotiate in order to receive the best results for multiple stakeholder • CRM systems experience, such as SalesForce, Oracle and/or NetSuite is a plus
