?Job Purpose : The Customer Success Representative is responsible for resolving customer requests and grievances as per predefined processes by Casting Networks. They need to be a good team player and ensure they maintain communication with the Team Members as well as his or her Customer Success Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities :
? Photo processing through ZAP/Approving photos through TPT.
? Respond to customer inquiries using our customer support software.
? Assist customers with account inquiries, servicing needs and issue resolution. ? Research and provide verification and documentation of customer issues and resolutions.
? Represent our customers in resolving issues by contacting other departments of expertise as needed.
? Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the CNIs products and services.
? Effectively educate customers on the features and benefits of CNIs products and services.

? Good Spoken and written English.
? Experienced in customer service and/or engagement platforms, ideally Zendesk.
? Familiarity with omni-channel support tools, including email, chat and phone
? Good time management, analytical, and communication skills
? Experience in working with globally distributed Teams. ? Ready to work Rotational Shifts.
